Escorts in Santiago: there is a health card, and it does not prove what you think
Chile is the unusual one in the region, and it is worth understanding before you read a single advert. Selling sex is legal and regulated, but by the Sanitary Code rather than the criminal one: a woman working is expected to register with the health service and attend periodic checks in order to hold a sanitary card. Brothels are prohibited by that same code, and procuring and third-party advertising are offences.
So the card exists, and that is where the confusion comes from. A sanitary card certifies that a person attended a health check. It does not certify who that person is, and it certainly does not certify that the woman in the photographs is the woman who opens the door. Those are two different things and only one of them fails routinely.
Why Providencia holds almost everything
Providencia, Las Condes and the Bellavista strip hold most of what a visitor will find, and not by accident: that is where the hotels with real front desks are, the bars you can talk in, and enough people that two strangers meeting draws no attention. The centre after midnight is a different city, and that is as true in Santiago as in any capital.
The forty minutes that decide the evening
Men who have good evenings in Santiago almost all do the same thing: they meet at a bar first. Forty minutes at Chipe Libre or Liguria before anything else. It is not a courtesy. It is the cheapest test there is - at a bar you know within ten minutes whether the evening is going anywhere, and you can leave without drama. In someone else's flat, where you could not say which entrance you used, you cannot.
What "verified" means here
Verified here means one thing, and it is exactly the one that fails most often: a face and body video review, watched by a person, matched against the gallery, before the profile went live. It is not a health certificate and it does not make an evening good, which is still yours. It removes the failure that starts almost every bad story: the woman at the door was never the woman in the photographs.
The rest is Santiago. Arrive on time, settle the practical once and do not touch it again, and treat her like someone you want to see again. Here you get remarkably far simply by not being an idiot.
